Why do I have to have my wheels installed at an authorized dealership?
Service and wheel technicians at automotive dealers are highly trained and best equipped to service your vehicle. We work closely with dealerships to ensure you receive the highest quality service and support when having your wheels installed.
Who do I call if I have a question about my wheels; or have a Warranty claim?
Please complete the Warranty Claim form; and, or contact us by phone to discuss your questions and coordinate your claim. You will be asked to upload a picture of your wheels to our Warranty Page on our website.
How will my warranty claim be handled?
Once you notify OEX of a Warranty claim, we will coordinate sending you an exact Original Factory (OEM) replacement wheel to match the set on your car. The replacement wheel will be shipped to your car dealership for installation and return of the current wheel.
Will I be without my car during this process?
No. If we do not have your exact wheel in stock, we will purchase one to process in your desired coating and ship to your dealer as soon as it is ready to be installed.
Will the replacement wheel match in color?
YES! We track every wheel sold and are able to scientifically match the color in the event we have to replace a wheel. OEX is the only company in the market able to make this promise.
How long will it take to complete my Warranty Claim?
If we have your exact replacement wheel in stock, your Warranty will be coordinated in a matter of days to accommodate shipping to your car dealer. If we do not have your wheel in stock, the process may take longer; but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Do I have to pay for my replacement wheel to be installed?
NO! OEX will coordinate the cost of mounting and balancing your new wheel directly with the car dealer.
